Sent to Bristol City Council 27 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 8699595.

This causes more people to dump rubbish and it will not be collected until next week, this could be a fire hazard or get worse over the weekend, with the people coming out of pubs. It must have turned up after 6pm on 16th Jan or before 8.45 am on the 17th Jan
