Blocking the whole pavement on Whitchurch Lane that runs from Whitland Road opposite the entrance to Valley Walk. No picture as I was driving by

There has been a mattress dumped in Whitchurch lane on the pavement but it is also partly on the road and it is dangerous It is by opposite the bushes and stoney bridge
