This bin and adjacent areas have not been cleaned or picked up for over a month.We live at the adjacent building with windows facing towards the road.All sort of feces drags crows and insects and seagulls which makes it unhealthy for us and we can’t even open the window.It’s not a bin collection mishap due to Christmas as it’s been left like this since last November

It’s been here since last November and very unhealthy for us who lives across street and can’t open the windows.This bin hasn’t been collected since last November and now the whole street is messy
