Sump Cover loose by Morrisons

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8705646.

Loose lid cover raised by 15 mm to course Trip hazard I Tripped over this last week did a complete 'Face Plant' Spit lip and bruising to Nose and palms both hands. Reported to the Manager at Morrisons Spoke to 'Luke' Duty Manager and we both viewed this. It turns out this is a Highway Matter. Please advise Yt; Chris Jones
