PROW still blocked

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8719490.

Yet another day when the PROW at West Dean, BS9 (& all other access points) have been blocked by Cotham school locking gates. This is illegal. As the council you have a duty to ensure that our PROW are accessible. This matter needs to be dealt with urgently.
