    Thursday, 22 January 2026 at approximately 17:05, the Public Right of Way across Stoke Lodge (Ref: BCC/678) was blocked at point “A” by a locked gate.

    Additionally, the path has now become muddy and dangerous to walk on due to blocked PROW, see photo attached. The PROW needs to be opened immediately before someone slips on the muddy path.
