Large pothole and depression in the road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8722093.

A large pothole just off the roundabout on St. Phillips causeway, near KFC. My car suffered a tyre puncture and a dented wheel this morning as a result of this problem. It's dangerously large and in a dangerous location with traffic travelling at 40mph and also switching lanes to avoid the pothole.
