Litter in whole of Ilchester Cresent

Ilchester Cresent gets litter after recycling and refused men have been,they drop the litter onto the toad and never pick it up,we very rarely see a road sweeper here like other areas ,we sometimes might get a small road sweeper come down but there are cars parked on either side of the road and so it just drives through the Crescent without doing anything which just seems pointless
