Rocking manhole cover caused injury
Reported via mobile in the Rocking category anonymously at 20:14, Tuesday 20 January 2026
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8731283.
A cover on the corner of Redcliffe round-a-bout between two of the crossings nearest the Quaker Burial Ground rocks. It already has a lip, but when you step on it, it moves down and the lip goes from 2cm to 4-6cm. It caused me to trip and injure my hands, rip a hole through my jeans and badly injure my knee.
