Overflowing Litter Bin at Entrance to Park

Dog poos spread on the floor around the bins and piled up on top of bin. Bin needs to be emptied on a more regular basis. Also please clean the area where the dog poo has already spread on the walking path as this spreads bacteria into the wildlife and other animals.
