Blocked drain causing puddle extending over pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8738610.

For several years there has been an almost-permanent deep and dirty puddle in Dove Street South, near King Square, outside the parking area of Fremantle House. Currently it extends over 2/3 of the pavement and all of the adjacent parking bay. On the rare occasions when it dries up, it can be seen that there is a drain grating.
