Large "sink hole" approx 4ft accrosd

The hole has been here for some time, but has now increased in size (both width and depth) to a point where remedial action now needs to be taken. It is at the entrance to The Downs Cafe (which I operate) and is presenting a problem for vehicles to enter or exit the site. I presume it is due to a failed drain.
