Permanent puddle on pavement

This puddle has been here all winter, this photo was taken in November 2025. The puddle never drains and sometimes covers the whole pavement so you have to walk in the road. It’s also where the temporary bus stop is with everyone waiting so there’s no much room to move around the puddle. Please can the pavement be sorted. Thank you
