Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8746512.

Severe speeding on fulford road by the locals using it dangerously with balaclavas on and babys on motorbikes on the pavements. can we not remove the outdated gradd verge and double pavement system to allow proper parking and wider safer roadway?
