Dog poo bin (Removed?)

There was until very recently a well established & used doggy poo bin here.

It seems now to have been removed?

People now are dumping their doggy poo bags underneath on the ground surrounding the post the doggy poo bin was once attached to?

It needs to be re-instated & post haste (No pun intended)
