Vehicles and building material blocking the pavement and part of the road outside the old Bloomfield Inn site on the junction of Bloomfield Road and Sandholme Road. Makes this a blind and dangerous junction for pedestrians and also cars have an obstructed view of the road. This is not acceptable and is unsafe.
