The disabled bay I use for my disabled daughter has been moved to accommodate off road parking for a new neighbour putting it directly next to a fence causing it to be too dangerous for my daughter as she can only exit on the road side now which with her disability makes it very dangerous and unsafe. We have had issues with passing cars being too close to us. Can these railings be removed please to make it safer for my daughter. I am very concerned that there will be an accident with a car hitting us when exiting the vehicle as there is no room pavement side due to the fence.
