Cars repeatedly blocking access to driveway

This is a follow up to an issue I reported in April 2024.

My driveway at 11 Blenheim Road is routinely blocked (multiple times a week) but individuals parking in the space out front in vehicles that are too large. The space by the tree has markings that could fit a small car (VW Up or similar) but nothing larger.

My previous submission was supposedly passed to another team and then I heard nothing back about how it would be resolved. Either a change in road markings or a sign on the tree would suffice. Many thanks.
