Drain blocked. Always floods when it rains. Water does manage to very slowly seep away

  • At 9.15 this morning while out walking I observed the drain cleaning team pull up and clean a drain two away from the one that is blocked and currently holding water at surface level. It’s hard to believe they didn’t actually see or even look at the actual one holding water. So why does this need further investigation when they have clearly not looked at the repotted issue
