Dog owners not picking up their dogs mess

I live in number 23 Turtlegate Avenue. I am sick and tired and fed up of having dogs fouling outside my gate and drive way gates. The owners do not pick up the dogs mess and I am fed up of having to walk outside and if it’s dark outside I can’t see it. They think they don’t have to pick the poo up because they think they are hidden and it’s dark. Something has to be done as im pissed of with this and so annoyed
