6 inch hole in pavement beneath downspout

Reported via mobile in the Other issue category anonymously at 17:23, Wednesday 4 February 2026

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8839608.

Hole in pavement appeared recently (noticed it 3/2/26) beneath downspout.

Worried a leaking storm drain will cause damp and or settling/subsidence in properties 136 and 138.

  • Endoscope shows pipe in green, ending at tarmac blockage from pavement repair. It's clear the pipe has not been reconnected as requested. Water from downspout continues to accumulate beneath 136 and 134. Holes in pavement will recur in future and homes are risk of subsidence and damp until pipe is reconnected.
