Needles identified by hedge cutting contractor

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8845152.

Whilst cutting hedges outside of GP surgery, contractor has advised that he can see a glasses case containing needles and a bloody tissue. Is this something you can assist with removal of?
