Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8850943.
Yet again, a report closed as fixed when it’s not been touched. Photos today taken sixth of February 2026. You can see it’s not been touched. Why this has been closed I do not know. the path is covered with leaves and Yewtree sprigs. The gullies are full, the drain is completely covered with rotting leaves. This is an area that has been made into a public space for drinking coffee and it’s full of rotting material. You need to investigate whoever it is this is lying to you and either gaming the system to make it look like Action has been taken to look to statistically good. Or is just incompetent. stop closing reports when they have not been fixed.

Despite repeatedly reporting. This area still remains in sweat. Currently the parking spaces are empty and the complete covered and compressed gully is available for Cleaning. The path along the Fosseway is still covered in leaves and rotting material and the gullies are still full of compressed rotting leaves. Please come clear this it’s a hazard the blocked drain covers cause flooding in the first image believe it or not. There is a drain cover underneath all of that compressed material.

It’s street Cleaning. I don’t understand what the issue is with scheduling this and getting it sorted. This has been reported multiple times and keeps getting shut down but it is part of the street layout and there’s no reason why one of your teams can’t get to it.
