Overgrown tree means light is obscured and dim

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8851560.

This was reported before and an enforcement notice has been sent to the landowner. However this is a housebound old lady in receipt of a Package of Care so won't be able to deal with it and your enforcement notice may cause distress. It is a council light so please may you cut back the tree to allow the light to be effective. Thank you
