Overflowing bins and general unbagged rubbish dumped on pavement. This is a recurrent problem from the HMO at 35 Holmesdale Road, which unfortunately doesn’t appear on the council’s register

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8855964.
This HMO at 35 Holmesdale Road repeatedly dumps rubbish on the street and has overflowing dustbins. It is filthy, antisocial, and an eyesore. I would contact the landlord / letting agent but this HMO is not identified as such on the council’s public access website.
