Two loose pacing slabs

The loose slabs are uneven and a serious trip hazards. This has been a problem for several weeks now and not fixed. The danger is even worse by the two waste bins that are permanently left on the street corner (which is already narrow and I dread to think what would happen if someone with balance/mobility issues tripped.
