Dead fox needs to be removed

I found a dead fox in my back garden. I have transferred it into a thick black refuse sack and have placed the sack in the front garden of 17 Monmouth Road where it can be collected. I haven't left the sack/fox on the pavement as it would be an obstruction to pedestrians and the refuse sack might accidentally be opened which could create a health hazard.
