Water leaking through slabs and grate into 3 The Mall basement

Historic repairs have been undertaken to part of the pavement (see photo) and appear to have been successful in resolving leaks to the area of basement below the repair. Multiple leaks are occurring to the basement vaults across the pavement to the width of 3 The Mall shopfront to areas which have not been previously repaired.
