Signs should be on road

Roadworks going on ..Road is closed but the signs and bollards were moved to the pathway by the works crew earlier today. They have now left leaving the pavement blocked and no notice warning drivers about the road being closed. Which will be a problem tonight. .. please send a crew tore position the signs and cones.
