This white Kia has been parked opposite our house for more than 4 months now, close to 5 months. It has not moved at all during this time. It is parked inconveniently on the road so it makes it difficult for me to drive my car out of my driveway when there’s also another car parked opposite to this Kia. It makes the passage available between cars very narrow and I have seen delivery vans and lorries struggle to drive through. It is posing a daily safety hazard for this neighbourhood and a sincere effort to swiftly find its owner must be made by the council please.
