Traffic calming is so big !

This traffic calming feature is so big it makes it difficult to manoeuvre into my drive especially as cars park outside my house right up to the edge of my driveway… it makes it very dangerous and difficult to reverse onto the driveway. The posts are so close to the edge I cannot reverse over the lip and the posts are often knocked down by large vehicles… please can something be done about it… perhaps a foot or so smaller would be a great help…
