  • It’s been months now and still not repaired. The pothole is very dangerous. To make things worse a British Gas van is parked opposite causing cars to avoid the pothole and drive on the wrong side of road to avoid. Please fix this urgently!!!

    Thanks

  • Huge pot hole, has caused serious damage to my car. Due to works being done just before the pot hole it is both hard to see and avoid

  • I can’t believe this road was closed for a week and you still haven’t repaired this section of it. This is the worse part! Pot hole is huge and very dangerous. What on earth?

  • Can’t believe you closed this road for five days made massive inconvenience to traffic in Dundry village and surrounding areas in school term for what the massive hole at the bottom hasn’t even been repaired and me personally I can’t even see what was done let alone why it took 5 days this hole needs repairing asap

  • Getting worse !, need repairing as soon as possible, road was shut for 5 days last week, and still not repaired

Posted anonymously at 22:17, Wednesday 1 April 2026

  • Why it wasn't repaired whilst the road was closed for 5 days is mind boggling. That pothole is just the right size and in just the right location to not only break a wheel but damage suspension and steering too. Pity any cyclist or motorcyclist that hits it because it'll injure them. Please get it fixed ASAP.

  • Could it not be fixed because the bottom of the hill is Bristol CC's area and the hill itself is N Somerset? This is what I've been told. Come on, Bristol.
