Rubbish dumped on footpath

I’m reporting rubbish dumped beside the bus stop at Greystoke Avenue near Pen Park Rd end, where it is partially blocking the path. This is the second weekend in a row where rubbish has been dumped here on a Friday and left over the weekend (the 6th and 13th February). There are both green bags and ad hoc items left very close to the bus stop where there is a high footfall. These items may have been left here by volunteer litter pickers. If they are leaving items to be picked up, they could leave the ad hoc items further down the green away from the bus stop and footpath – where the items are currently not only unsightly but could be a safety issue with passers-by.
