Street light broken doesn’t turn on! Very dark at night time. Have had dodgy people loitering around at night time outside my house because it’s dark!

The street light Hasn’t been working for some time now. For the last 2 weeks I’ve had a group of crackheads/druggies loitering outside my house at all hours of the night talking/laughing and smoking. They seem to be using this dark street to do illegal things. It’s becoming a bigger issue now more than just the street light.
