Fly tipping
Reported via mobile in the Flytipping category anonymously at 08:51, Wednesday 18 February 2026
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8944660.
This problem was reported weeks ago and it as still not been dealt with, you the council say fly Tipping will be removed within three days this has not been done. This rubbish is household waste so the foxes have ripped the bags open and there is mess everywhere. This is a health hazard and is going to cause an infestation of RATS!!!. This is obviously the same individual that has dumped rubbish there before and needs to be caught and severely fined!. There needs to be a hidden camera put out there to catch this person in the act and punish them accordingly. It would be cheaper to put a camera out there rather than have to keep cleaning up after this individual. I would be happy to have a camera placed on my property to catch this person it needs sorting now!!!.

Thank you for taking the time to report fly- tipping to Bristol City Council. We will aim to remove the fly- tip within 3 days, but this depends on its size, scale, location, or whether the fly tip is hazardous.
Reducing levels of fly tipping is important so please share any evidence of who is doing it with the council.
If you witnessed who fly-tipped the waste or have evidence (CCTV/photo) please call us on 01179222100, or submit this at https://digital.bristol.gov.uk/ streets-travel/ tell-us-about-a-fly-tipping-incident-you-saw #YourCity.YourCall

I live in the house behind where this rubbish has been left and it's a serious health hazard and is getting worse. What is going to be done to a) clear this up? and b) prevent this from happening again? This is going on and on and no one is doing anything. The council came last year to remove the rubbish and only took part of it but some little toerag is doi g this and getting away with it.. It's a major health crisis, especially as if there are vermin as a result they will get into my garden and possibly cause a bigger health crisis. GET THIS SORTED ASAP!!!!

This rubbish has still not been removed. It is getting worse and bags are now being ripped open causing an even greater mess. This needs to be cleared ASAP.

Still hasn't been collected you say 3 working days. It's been almost 2 weeks. Why do I pay my council tax when you can't do simple things.
