Pavement is raised & uneven

A skip has tipped a stone kerb which has lifted the tarmac pavement creating a large hole and trip hazzard. I have put a cone on it to try and warn pedestrians.

  • Please provide an urgent update to this case. The same case was also raised by the local Counsellor and subsequently wrongly closed as being completed.

    Someone is going to trip and seriously injure themselves. They would be well within their rights to sue Bristol Council for negligence.
