Thank you for taking the time to report fly- tipping to Bristol City Council. We will aim to remove the fly- tip within 3 days, but this depends on its size, scale, location, or whether the fly tip is hazardous.
Reducing levels of fly tipping is important so please share any evidence of who is doing it with the council.
If you witnessed who fly-tipped the waste or have evidence (CCTV/photo) please call us on 01179222100, or submit this at https://digital.bristol.gov.uk/ streets-travel/ tell-us-about-a-fly-tipping-incident-you-saw #YourCity.YourCall

As of today 16 march no action appears to have been taken and the rubbish remains in place. The situation has actually worsened. The entire park now requires a proper clean-up, not just the removal of the original bags. Large amounts of rubbish have accumulated in the bushes throughout the park, and there are now discarded needles present, which creates a serious safety risk for families, children, and residents who use this public space. This issue has been ongoing for some time and is clearly not an isolated incident. I have previously reported seeing individuals living in vans on Lanercost Road repeatedly dumping rubbish in this area. At this stage, a full clean-up of the park and the public path is required, including clearing rubbish from the bushes and safely removing the needles. The current state of the park is unacceptable for a public space. Bristol Council take some action!!!!
