Blocked drain resulting in sitting water at drop kerb to cross

The drain at the bottom of hudds hill is completely blocked resulting in rain water collecting at the corner of junction of whiteway road at the drop kerb. Resulting in walkibg into road to cross and lose gravel surrounding this area. In summer the puddle is gone but a large amount of lose gravel at drop kerb
