Large and very deep pothole

Following water repair works, new large pothole that is deep has opened in front of 3 York gardens driveway. This is in addition to another large pothole that has appeared and been reported outside no.3 in the middle of the road - this has caused cars to burst their tyres in recent days and there is no cone. This whole area appears to be prone to 'sink holes' where some repairs are often followed by a rapid recurrence of a deep depression/hole up to half a foot deep.
