Abandoned bicycle (not removed)

Report 8831174 was marked as "fixed", however this abandoned bicycle is still here. There is no indication that the bicycle has been marked for future removal either. I have personally seen this bicycle untouched for about 1 year, however there is evidence that it has been chained here without the front wheel since 2023 (see Google street view screenshot).
