12 South Road BS6 overgrown hedge- holly and other shrubs, blocking pavement

This hedge is blocking access along the pavement for pedestrians including wheelchair users and people pushing buggies. This is exacerbated by the nature of the hedge which is very prickly and so people cannot brush against it or squeeze through the gap without causing themselves pain!
