We live in a over 50s communal place , the hedges cut were not collected from the garden team today as requested, they came and picked up one pile by the recycling area but did not collect the other 2 piles from outside flat 10 . I spoke to them and informed them that there were another 2 piles of hedges on the grass to be cleared but when I went to look they had left without clearing the other 2 piles .
