Retaining wall bulging, footpath closed

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9010147.

Retaining wall at corner of dundridge gardens and nibletts Hill is bulging, in process of failing.

Footpath closed for pushing 1 year.

What is the plan to fix this?

It is unsafe having to dismount the pavement and walk in the road, round parked cars.
