Ramp missing from pavement to road

Pedestrians are being diverted to use the bus lane while building works are going on. However the ramp between pavement and road has been removed, making it impossible for wheelchair users to use the diversion. There was one there a few weeks ago but it seems to have disappeared and not been replaced. I first noticed it missing on 25th January
