Lorries parked either side

Hi Avonmouth way is a nightmare in mornings and evenings, is causes so many delays which could simply be resolved. Lorries park on both sides of the road (inc cars too sometimes) This then limits the traffic flow to one line at a time. When you have several businesses finishing at the same time, it can be disaster. Please can you put yellow lines on the road, maybe send some parking wardens round the area to police it. There is simply no other way of communicating to those who park there. Many thanks
