Pothole next to manhole cover that depresses and makes a very loud noise every time a car drives over it.

  • The noise is so loud, it is a huge disturbance, especially at night where it is too loud for uninterrupted sleep. The hole is getting bigger and will be very dangerous for cyclists as well.

  • This hole is getting larger and will soon be dangerous to cars, but is already a hazard to cyclists.

    In addition the noise from this hole is incredibly loud. It can be heard all day and night and maes it difficult to sleep even with windows closed.

  • If BCC is not responsible, in the interests of transparency, please let us know who is responsible. Then we can monitor the situation and ensure it is resolved asap. The noise is deafening and a hazard. I look forward to your respectfully quick response.

  • As per Abi’s reply please can you provide contact details on who you have referred this to, so that residents can monitor. This is both a health hazard as well as dangerous to cyclist using the road every day. Many thanks
