No lights on footpath

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9022332.

Wondered for years why there are no lights on the footpath that runs from pedestrian crossing and bus stops to Redland Rd and Westbury Park. There are lights on the diagonal path across the Granny Downs, but not on the one next to Carfax Court.
