Privately owned verge opp church

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 hours, 35 minutes later

Being illegally parked, the church own the verge & have give permission to install a line of kerb stones to prevent the parking. Planning permission confirmed not required but customer would like to agree with a Highway Officer that no it will be ok. Also, there is a bus sign which may need to be moved
