    This bin is a health hazard. Poo bags on the pavement. It stinks. It was reported a week ago and still not emptied. The bin at the top of the field was emptied but this one not. I have today picked up all the mess and put into carrier bags because it is completely unacceptable, I have left the bags next to the bin as my black bin at home is full. Children play and walk here. It’s an environmental issue with the bacteria entering the soil.
