Kids are gaining access to block of flats in gorlangton bs149ub and have put graffiti on doors, stairs and stairs rail, also out on the fence. Incident happened on sunday and have been reported to police. Graffiti was aimed at cover the spy hole in my nans door. Also they were caught trying to set fire to the spray can in the corridor
